The NaAC takes COVID-19 very seriously as we support a vulnerable population of artists living with disabilities.

Though the provincial government has announced the removal of the Restrictions Exemption Program (or vaccine passport), the NaAC will need to take additional time to assess the impact of this decision on our community – including our staff, volunteers and artists.

In addition, given that we operate from a facility owned by the City of Calgary, we will be closely observing any further action taken by the city in response to this provincial government decision.

Therefore, until further notice, all regulations related to accessing the NaAC studio space and other in-person programs remain in place, including:

  • Proof of vaccination requirements
  • Appropriate masking requirements
  • Social distancing
  • Ongoing testing for on-site staff
  • Thorough sanitation and cleaning practices
