To commemorate the 2024-2025 KOREA-CANADA Year of Cultural Exchanges, the National accessArts Centre presented by TD Ready Commitment, partnered with the Canada Council for the Arts (CCA), the Korean Foundation for International Culture Exchange (KOFICE), and the Korea Disability Arts and Culture Centre (KDAC) to jointly launch ‘Korea x Canada x Disability Arts: Expanding Boundaries and Possibilities‘.
This initiative connected five artists with disabilities from the Republic of Korea with five artists with disabilities from Canada, who toured with their works in Canmore, Toronto, and Ottawa in late September and early October 2025.

Breakfast hosted by Senators Sorenson and Martin, a tour of the exhibition, and a roundtable discussion about accessibility in the arts with representatives from Propellor Dance, Canada Council, and SAW Gallery.






Following the tour across Canada, the artists’ works will be showcased at the newly opened MODU Art Space in the heart of Seoul, Korea as part of a visual arts exhibition commemorating ‘2024-2025 KOREA-CANADA Year of Cultural Exchanges‘.
