This new plan, effective April 1, 2026, is a bold, ambitious roadmap for further growth and professionalization of our arts training and creation programs while also committing to accessible, skills-based community programs across our artistic disciplines. Key initiatives include increasing the number of programs co-designed and co-facilitated by the NaAC’s growing community of artists, developing a new suite of industry-specific training programs, and further embedding creative leadership into our exhibitions and presentations locally and around the world.

As the NaAC now prepares to move into our accessible arts learning campus – anchored by the Trico Communities Centre and the Chung Centre for Creativity – this plan comes at a critical time in our organization’s ongoing evolution as Canada’s leading disability arts organization.
