With the generous support of Calgary Arts Development and ATB, we're starting to roll out a large-scale public art exhibition featuring ten brand new artworks created by National accessArts Centre artists!
DeVery Bess has always been a performer, but it took a special person to pull them out of the mainstream theatre world—which was riddled with obstacles—and into the bright lights and loving embrace of drag. Now, they’re opening the door for National accessArts Centre (NaAC) artists to explore cabaret, and develop their personal stories and performance skills along the way.
STARTING JULY 6, 2021 | Want to learn more about storytelling in live performance? Tired of making art alone? This summer club is all about building a supportive place for artists from the disability community.
Wednesdays from June 2 - August 31 | 1:00 PM The NaAC can’t wait to launch a new program this summer called Art Share! Art Share was designed to support artists in achieving their professional art goals. This program would be perfect for anyone who wants to exhibit and sell more artwork, and talk about art in a fun and supportive environment!
Tuesdays from July 6 - August 31 | 1:00 PM NaAC is excited to launch a joint program between artists represented by the National accessArts Centre and our sister organization ActiveArt (operated by the Gangnam Welfare Centre) in Seoul, Korea.
