with Dianah Smith
This workshop is part of the Won Lee Community Arts Hub’s 2025 Summer Programs — a pilot series for Deaf and disabled, 2SLGBTQ+, and BIPOC artists.
ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:
In a world where Black people are often bracing against multiple forms of violence, do you long for a space to rest, restore and write? In this workshop series participants will co-create a community to hold, uplift and nourish each other using storytelling as a focal point.
All are welcome. You do not have to be a writer to participate in this workshop. Sharing your writing will be encouraged but always optional.
Please confirm access needs, including ASL-English interpretation, by contacting Karen at kaugustine@accessarts.ca.
