The Songwriters series is thrilled to announce a new community class that everyone has been eagerly anticipating. We know how much you all enjoy music, especially singing! This time, we’re introducing NaACapella, a class dedicated entirely to singing. Throughout the course, we’ll come together as a choir and sing some of your favorite popular songs. Each participant will have the chance to perform a solo, and you’ll also learn various techniques for singing together as a group in a choir. 

Whether you sing in the shower or have experience perform on stage, singers of all skill levels are welcome to join in the fun. Immerse yourself in the joy of vocal expression and help build a sense of community through singing together.

No prior experience required! NaAC Songwritersis for people 16 and older and is open to mixed-ability participants and community members.

The skills that you will be acquiring from this class are techniques for harmonic singing in a group settings (such as a choir) and melodic singing when singing alone or performing a solo, keeping a sense of time and rhythm when singing and following along to the music and most importantly, learning to listen.
